Two kinds of agent in V2. Specialized ones, narrow and focused, sitting inside a single project. And a manager agent that coordinates them when work crosses teams, billing and revenue together. The hard part isn't the specialists. It's how the manager surfaces their work without burying the person.

Engineering was building out the agent and LLM side of the platform in parallel while we designed the rest of the system. Now you can type a description into Process Flow and get back a workflow draft solid enough for a person to verify and ship. The trust layer we built for human work turns out to be the right surface for AI work too.

FinOps V1 went through an unusual amount of user testing. One thing kept surfacing: a financial outcome needs visible reasoning to be trusted, whether a person did the work or the system did. V2 carries that same logic into how an agent handles financial work.
